Can I amend my order?
We begin to process orders as soon as we receive them, so we are unable to add or remove items after you check out. You can return/exchange any items you don't want via our returns form which you can obtain from our Customer Service Team.
How do I return or exchange items?
Any customer purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their item. Customers will also have an additional 14 days from this point to return the unworn item back to Epona. This also applies to items bought in the sale.
We offer free returns/exchanges when using our form so please contact us via our contact us form if you would like to return/exchange any of your items.
Do you offer student discount?
Yes we do! If you have a valid NUS Extra Card, simply login on their site to reveal the discount code, you will be able to get 20% off your entire order.
Problems using a discount code?
Please ensure you are entering the code in the 'Discount' box and click apply during the checkout process. The code will not work if put in the 'Gift Card' section. If you are still encountering problems please contact us so we can help resolve this error.
Gift card information:
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and the credit can be used on multiple orders until the full amount has been used.
